General Questions
Q: How does an Online Auction work?
A: In Online Auctions, all lots are listed in an online catalog and are available for viewing in an equipment yard. The yard location and contact information is listed in the lot details of any lot so that you can easily contact the yard to arrange an inspection of the equipment. Contact information for our Warehouse Network Equipment Specialists is also available so that you can have your questions answered prior to the Online Auction. Online Auction lots typically are open for bidding several days before the official close time, with all lots in the Online Auction closing during the same 1-3 day period. Lot closing times are staggered in 3 - 10 minute increments. On the day of the Online Auction, you can login to the Online Auction on the Warehouse Network Marketplace website and place as many bids as you like. If you are the high bidder when the lot closes, you win the lot.
Q: What do I need to do to bid in an Online Auction?
